Shipping Policy
A. Information Responsibility:
Please ensure all information provided for delivery is accurate, as Coastal Bathrooms will not be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect personal details. When placing online orders please review all details and selected products, as Coastal Bathrooms may not have the ability to update such details after the order has been placed.
B. Delivery:
The delivery of products will be considered complete under the following circumstances:
- If delivered to the specified delivery location indicated in your order, as evidenced by postal tracking information.
- In the case of local pick-up, when the products are collected by you from the Coastal Bathroom’s Warehouse.
- In circumstances of local delivery, this will be evidenced by a signature upon delivery.
All expenses related to shipping your order are your responsibility.
C. Shipping Time Estimates:
Any periods provided by Coastal Bathrooms should only be considered estimations for shipping times. External factors may impact the ability to deliver products within the estimated time-period. Coastal Bathrooms does not assume liability for any inability to deliver products within the specified periods.
D. Examination:
Upon receiving your order, it is imperative that all items are inspected to ensure the following:
- The product is free from any damage.
- The products received are consistent with the order placed (colour, finish etc.).
- All necessary components for the product have been included with the order.
In the event of any damage to the product or missing components, please ensure you contact us, within 24 hours, via phone or email to convey such discrepancies.
